Winter is here! In the event we experience inclement weather, we want to keep you informed on our inclement weather policy.

• MMSSPT DOES NOT follow DC Public or Arlington County Schools or Federal Government Closings.

• Morning Appointments: Your therapist will contact you by 7 AM via email to cancel if weather prevents traveling.

• Afternoon Appointments: Your therapist will contact you by 12 PM via email to cancel if weather prevents traveling.

• We DO NOT accept day before cancellations due to inclement weather.

• If you are unable to safely travel for your appointment, please call and leave a message.
